Yesterday, my running buddy and I went on a 4 mile run. It seemed like a great idea at the time...minus the fact that I haven't actually run in nearly a year. Needless to say, my legs are a bit angry with me today, and by 'a bit' I mean 'a lotta bit'. Will need to work on this... Also, I think I'm going to try going to yoga with one or two of my flatmates later this week; that might be more my speed...
And life in the flat is still fantastic. We've started to make a habit of cooking dinner together once a week, though we end up eating together more often than that. This week's family dinner: lasagna. I cannot wait.
EDIT: So far this week the weather has been incredibly beautiful and that makes me very happy. Think perfect sunny autumn day. However, I may have tripped up some stairs on my walk home this afternoon partially distracted by the weather and partially because my legs still hate me...
